After leading a national engineering firm for over a decade, I realized the power of coaching and leadership development. In March of 2020, when our world came to a screeching halt, I found myself feeling isolated and burdened by the weight of carrying our organization through a pandemic. I had already struggled to feel confident as a leader and our firm needed good leadership now more than ever.

It was during this time that I reached out to a coach. Once I recognized the influence coaching can have, this began my lifelong journey of bettering myself as a leader, husband, and father. My mindset was refocused towards caring more for my own well-being, the well-being of my employees, and living a life with purpose. Once I identified my motives and what was truly important, I was able to start taking small steps towards changing my lifestyle and living a fulfilled life.

Coaching and leadership development opened my eyes to see how we can all find influence and still lead a healthy life. In a world full of increasing chaos, I found coaching to be the answer to so many challenges in my life and give me the confidence to make a difference. I look forward to facilitating others through their own journey towards finding what motivates them, inspire their teams, and leave a legacy.
